Delivery

We deliver TC Rides e-bikes anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is confirmed you'll receive tracking details by email. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Your bike arrives partially assembled and ready to finish in minutes. Clear instructions are included and our team is on hand if you need help.

New Plymouth locals are welcome to visit us in store at Factory Foods Direct to see the bikes in person before buying.

 

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we'll accept a return within 7 days of delivery provided the bike is unused and in its original packaging.

•       Return shipping is at the buyer's cost

•       Bike must be unridden, unmodified, and in original packaging

•       Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the bike

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll sort it — replacement parts or full replacement depending on the situation.

We don't leave our customers stranded. Ever.

 

Warranty

Every TC Rides e-bike includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects including battery, motor, and frame.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or modification, consumables such as tyres and brake pads.
